Mary Caldwell
Mary Caldwell has 38 years of federal government acquisition experience. Her experience demonstrates an outstanding record of achievement in pre-award, post-award, contract administration, and contract closeout functions for a wide range of procurements including simplified acquisitions and multi-million-dollar procurements (price ranging from $50 million to $2 billion). Ms. Caldwell is also proficient in contract negotiations. Ms. Caldwell was a former Contracting Officer with the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security. Ms. Caldwell graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Art in Business Administration.
President of Operations
Rauland Sharp
Rauland Sharp has over twenty five years of federal service with the U.S. Government. Rauland served two consecutive years in Afghanistan. Rauland is a former US Diplomat, Military Officer, Project Engineer with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. Rauland graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Master of Business Administration. Rauland has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Mathematics.
Dynamic Manager with over 25 years of experience in overseeing large-scale IT portfolios, driving strategic initiatives, and enhancing operational efficiency. Expertise in performance management, risk assessment, and resource optimization ensures alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory standards. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop comprehensive management programs that foster best practices. Committed to delivering high-quality results through effective stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision-making. Passionate about leveraging analytical skills to support organizational growth and innovation in technology management.

Angela Carter
Angela Carter has 43 years of federal government financial management experience. Her experience includes Supervisory Accountant, Budget Analyst and Quality Assurance Manager. Her roles included oversight and execution of over $160 million budget annually to help ensure accuracy and timely reporting of accounting data. With her extensive experience in Resource Manager, she advised leadership on organizational performance and internal controls compliance. Her professional competence and efforts include contributions and development of standards, procedures and protocols that were adopted by the US Air Force. Angela graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Art in Business Administration.

Alyssa Carter
Alyssa Carter is a dedicated educator with 7 years of experience in elementary education in Title I schools. Her teaching philosophy is grounded in empathy and relationship-building. Throughout her career, Alyssa has effectively served diverse student populations. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She is passionate about building strong school culture, mentoring pre-service teachers, and making instruction memorable.
Development Officer
Columbus Carter
Columbus Carter has been an educator in South Georgia for 10 years serving elementary students. Through these years, he has specialized in teaching 4th and 5th grade math and science as well as 2nd-4th grade literacy and math foundational skills. Also he has served on various committees, school and district wide, to ensure student and staff morale, safety, and curriculum development were adequate for the culture and climate of his school. Therefore he has been accoladed with representing Pinevale Elementary as Teacher of the Year and Valdosta City Schools as District Teacher of the Year. His commitment is dedicated to being a role model for all students he encounters. Mr. Carter earned his bachelor's degree in Middle Grades Education from The UNSINKABLE Albany State University in 2015.
